GM Smirin had 2 days before the first Junior game, 2 days before the second
Hiarcs game and 2 days for both Tiger games.  I think the break helps GM Smirin,
but it does not look like Tiger was singled out.  Besides, everyone agreed to
the conditions, like them or not.
