I called and they made it right.

I now agree that they are good people and try to provide good service.

I will probably order more stuff from them in the future (but I will use the
telephone and not the web site, as they did lose my order even though I'd
printed out the confirmation screen).

It was a simple mistake on their part and now they have made it right.  Thus I
am a now a satisfied customer.
