I collect chess sets on Ebay - the guy can set a very low minimum without fear - I've never seen a good chess set go for little money. The bidding is already up to $51, and the real serious bidders typically wait for the last 30 seconds or so. There's a plastic set that was fairly common in the 1970s that I keep hoping to pick up for under $70, but I've seen over half a dozen go for more that that, all starting at very low minimums.
