Oh. It was not my site it was only a url to a sit I did know of.

The only java programming I have done is some applet programming and then you
live in a small sandbox and it not allowed to do this system stuff.

There is a tool by Rolf Gustafsson that can do something like this but it is
written in c.
You find it at:

You have to download the Setup.exe from theire download page.
It is called ChessSrv an will be installed in the DGT folder with both exe and
c-source.

This is the nearest I know about such an utility.
