I do not agree. The fact that money is involved does not change the fact that it is just a game. I think that it is going to be fair to find if Junior can win that game when the opponent does not resign and if it can do it to consider the game as a win. If Junior cannot do it then it is fair to see it as a draw. It is possible to count also the next game for calculating the result of smirin and I see no problem with the fact that smirin gets 3 games against Junior instead of 2 games. Uri
