Yes it does Uri, unless you think that playing for professional stakes holds the same status as playing casual games without stakes. Good Idea, but the problem is that will not happen. The game is null and that is the problem. It counts for nothing, except giving GM Smirin another chance to achieve a full point when in fact he had no chance of winning and maybe of even drawing this game.
