Smirin is a sportsman all the way, he could have complained but didn't.
I find it hard to believe it did not break his concentration just a little bit.
Just the fact that the clocks were wrong must have been distracting.

There were several connection problems as I understand it.

Junior never demonstrated a winning line and for some reason didn't play the
winning Bc5. Perhaps it does have a bug, we just don't know hence the rematch.

And BTW, I wouldn't be surprised if Smirin were to offer a draw should he reach
a winning position, any good sportsman would do that given the circumstances.
