I agree with Timothy.  Plus consider this:  A Pentium 4 is much safer than an
Athlon!  If your CPU fan fails on a P4, the P4 will automatically slow down to a
safe operating temperature.  An Athlon CPU on the other hand will just fry its
brains out.   Possibly starting the motherboard on fire.
