It looks to me like Yace is more correct.  Even if white loses the a3 pawn it
would still probably be a draw.  The general "rule" is that you need an extra
rook's worth of material to win pawnless endings.  Of course tablebases have
found many exceptions to this rule, so maybe when the 7 piece tablebases come
out it will be found that this position is a win for black ... but until then I
would expect a draw here.
