If you use the tournament template option under Win XP then you cannot enter 4 digit ratings. Only 3 digit numbers can be entered but the number can be increased above 999 by using the arrow keys however this isnt very usefull if the rating your entering isnt close to 1000. It should also be noted that the dialog box is not drawn correctly either as their is no spcae below the Ok, Help and Cancel buttons as there is under win 95/98/9e/2000.
