It appears that 29. ... g4 was a better move than Bxa1.  GT on my machine during
the game did not waiver from ... g4 as best (running in analysis mode).  Curious
that GT on its hardware playing Smirin somehow saw Bxa1 as better.  Junior 7
never seriously considers ... Bxa1 and thinks ... g4 is best given 2 seconds or
more to ponder the position.

I do not have Hiarcs 8 yet, so I cannot comment there.
