Subject: Having trouble copying J7 opening book from CD to hard drive

Hello, I am following the sparse instructions on how to copy the opening book
for Junior7 from the CD to hard drive so I can play using the book without the
CD in the machine.  Whenever I try to to to the window command that says "copy
tree to hard drive" is is always gray and not usable.  If someone could tell me
how to do this so that the engine will use the book, I would be very grateful.
