I haven't tried if before, but is importing PGN that slow?

You have to take into account some of these formats will lose information
(.e.g. year played, win/loss percentage), which can be important because
Shredder Classic really takes a lot into account when choosing a book move.

Good luck in finding a converter. I have found out that nobody seems to be
interested in making their book format work with other programs.
