Nobody was ready to shot him if he'd rate the comps lower than 2700 (let's say
2500 as Roy stated), so I'don't see his answer as a "sweet" courtesy to the
organizers (or if you prefer... a "sweet" lie).
About the time control he was more sincere than expected, since he added that he
can make better with more time but accepted that time anyway.
