According to S.Lopez' T-notes the fbk format does not support transpositions where identical positions can be reached by differing game histories. What about Rebel's mvs and Crafty's bin formats ? Do they support transpositions ? Can the freeware Rebel build an mvs opening book from a pgn file ? Can Crafty's book.bin be converted to mvs or directly to Shredder's bkt ?
