There is no way to be completely sure who is actually behind this Prof. Dr. Rolf Tueschen, with e-mail address rolftueschen@hotmail.com. Hotmail allows anyone to sign up for a virtually anonymous account for free, so it could be anyone. I will be able to see the IP address from which the signup form was sent. In any case, if it's not Rolf, we probably shouldn't allow someone to falsely use his name.
