The format itself does not, however, you can import an FBK
book (for example) into Sjeng and Sjeng will recognize the
transpositions. I think this is also true for Fritz and Shredder
Classic,.

I know that Crafty can detect all transpositions. I have heard that
MVS only supports transpositions that were input by the book author.
