Ok, I understand the point you are making here and agree.

There is one point I want to make though and I say it with all due
respect.  I really think that BOTH you and Ferando were caught in
the middle on this issue.  Once it became personal, first by your
blunt post and then by his aggressive counter,  the discussion
was over as far as I'm concerned.  Nothing good could happen
after this.

I really think it's time for all of us to cool off now.  All the
points have been made many times and no resolution will occur.

I will keep this is mind.  I percieved long ago that the two of you
are not very similar.  In this case I felt like you did gang up on
Fernando however and why I chose my "pack of dogs" phrasing.  I felt
like you had him down and then Bob kicked him.   I can also be blunt
at times but am trying to improve.
