I'm sure that is the right one, as it comes from his normal ISP. I think the hotmail.com is bogus, and I'd suggest disallowing registration from there to stop this before it becomes a problem. In any case, I'd suggest that either the original from "rolf" be deleted as he asked for, or it be replaced by a short note (also a suggestion by him.) But there's little sense in worrying about it in my opinion, other than to delete the ID so it isn't used to promote mischief later... How does everyone feel about not allowing such anonymous remailers to subscribe here to prevent this?
