I guess that is possible, but there are legit reasons to use hotmail.com without being anonymous. Basically you can retrieve mail from any web browser which makes it good for people who travel a lot, or for people who have web access but without an internet account of their own (eg. from a library or school). Also, what do we do about the biggest anonymous remailer of all - aol.com? Users there can create and delete additional handles at will, which become handle@aol.com addresses.
