If you have been sync with Outlook, then your contacts, appointments, tasks,
e-mail should all be on outlook.  Use the "options" and have the PC override the
IPAQ.  If you have been using word, excel, access, powerpoint, then these files
can also be sync back from the PC to the IPAQ.  Everything must be on the PC and
then sync'ed back.

Your backup must be done on a regular basis, so it sounds like the october
backup is the latest.  Sorry about that.

Your programs will need to be re-installed on the IPAQ.
