That is my opinion, they should be in trouble for that.

If they consider that is ok to share it, then I do not see what is the problem
with an amateur buying the book (so, a legal copy), plug it to an interface and
to his engine. You either consider a book as part of an engine or not.
My opinion is that it is part of the engine, hence, it should be shared in
a tournament with _nobody_.

However, this will be impossible to enforce, I think.
