I don't think so. I'd copied the Fritz1.20.eng into the engine folder of Fritz6.
However, the Fritz6-GUI didn't recognize the engine.

Though, IIRC, there is in principle some method called "chunking" (or whatever
?). I think that for the old Hiarcs and Junior 16Bit engines, ChessBase had
released special versions running under the 32 Bit GUI provided you use a WIN-9x
OS. This failed under the NT systems.

Unfortunately, such special version for Fritz-1.20 doesn't seem to exist.
