I think that Fritz1 on Celeron may be close in rating to CT14.9 in your Prism. I am slightly more optimistic about CT14.9. The result against chess system tal suggest that you may be right in your estimate but rating for a chess program is not based on one opponent and there are also not enough games against chess system tal.
