I assume we are talking of tournament rules here, if the bookauthor should be
counted as part of the team together with the engine-author, you cannot select
which rules you want to follow by giving permission. If an engine author could
have only one entry why should a book-author have several entries.

I fully agree with Mr. Ballicora that this should also be for tablebases. I
don't see any difference other than two fases of the game, the moves are comming
from others work and thereby they should be in the team and with one entry in a
tournament.

I think there is more to it, what about gui that do part of work that have with
performance like the learning function in Fritz gui. I don't know the books in
Fritz but I assumed that only the original Fritz (was it Quest) use the Kure
book but the learning is the same.

Legaly this is another issue, here you could give permissions.
