Using the book for preparation...would that include using
it as a reference on current openings theory when working on
my book?

Another example: I know from posts from you in the past that
you sometimes buy books about certain openings and insert the
theory from them into the Rebel book.

Why am I not allowed to do the same, and insert openinglines
from the Rebel book into my book?

If you consider one moral, how can you not consider the other
moral too?
