That's certainly not the way I do it. As I already have put forward in several postings, not many people seem to know how a good quality book is made. It is a little bit more than copying games or written analysis. As you write it here, you have no clue how it is done and what work is involved. >Why am I not allowed to do the same, and insert openinglines >from the Rebel book into my book? Then do the SAME: Buy the books, analyse the lines, play them against other programs, skip the lines that are no good for Sjeng and put the lines that are OK in your book. THEN you are doing the same. >If you consider one moral, how can you not consider the other >moral too? It is easier to say: Sorry Jeroen, I have passed a line, I will not use the hacked Rebel book. To put a finger in somebody else's direction using counter arguments is a nice try and a well known tactic, but I will not fall for it. In the meantime I have sent a letter to the ICCA to clarify matters. Jeroen
