35.Re1 is more serious resistance. If 35...Rc8? 36.f5. But 35...Qc8 works in an
interesting way:
35...Qc8 36.Be4 Qxc2 37.Qxc2 Rxb2! {not Bxb2} 38.Bxb2 Rxb2 39.Rd1 Bc3 40.Bxh7+
Kxh7 41.Rd3 Rc2+ 42.Rxc3 Rxc3
It's really weird that Anand did not take the a-pawn on move 29. This pawn plays
a star role in almost any variation that you can think of.
