Maybe you're right, but i track how many times the 'pv' gets updated, and there
are a significant amount of those.  Even if 2-3% of nodes have more than a
'best' move, it seems like that's a line i could consider sticking in the hash.

Tell ya what, i'll try it out and let you know how it goes.
