Subject: Is this a good model of PocketPC (206 MHz, new, $320 US)?

This unit is the same as the Toshiba e570 but with 32 MB of RAM instead of 64
MB.  It has CF & SD slots built in and is smaller/lighter than iPAQ.  It comes
with the Pocket PC 2002 OS.  It lists for $499 but these guys are selling it for
$320.  Seems too good to be true.

1) Is this a good model?

2) How can these guys sell it so much below list price?
