Genius is known to be good espacially at short time control.

I expect palm tiger to score more than 50% only if the time control is slow
enough.

I do not know what is the time control that is needed but I strongly believe
that 120/40 is not slow enough.

If palm tiger earns 20 elo more than genius from doubling the time control and
if genius4(on 486) is 100 elo better than palm tiger in 120/40 time control then
it means that you need time control that is 32 times slower than tournament time
control to give palm tiger 50%.

It means that palm tiger may get 50% at 64 hours/40 moves and may beat
Genius4(486) in a correspondence game.
