Of course he should be able to do so. People build cars all of the time in their spare time. He bought the parts, he put them together, so it's his car, period. However he aquired the plans is irrelevant. Even if by illegal measures, it makes no difference. He's still going to spend quite a bit of money on parts for that kind of car (if he can even get all of them) and it will probably require a great deal of expertise to assemble a car like that. >I don't think so. >It is the same as copying the opening book. No, it's not the same. I don't see any similarities between the two whatsoever. To me this is just a silly comparison where you basicaly said, "should someone be able to do [insert whatever here]? OF COURSE NOT!!!! IT'S THE EXACT SAME AS COPYING A CHESS OPENING BOOK!!!!" You might as well have said: Should someone be able to murder babies by the millions because they don't like the color of their skin??? OF COURSE NOT!!! IT'S THE EXACT SAME THING AS COPYING A CHESS OPENING BOOK!!! There is no corelation between the two, and comparing them like that is silly. Russell >Sandro Necchi
