No, you did not get the point. You cannot compete in F1 by copying exactly
another car by getting all the drawings without licence to make it the same. You
can copy some ideas, but not REPRODUCE the same car for competition!

I think it is silly not to understand the idea behind the example.
Well, I will be more clear:

Copy is illegal in competition. I mean to copy an entire work which takes a lot
of time to be made.
If we woould allowed this the only result will be that the best opening books
will not be sold anymore because they can be copied.
