Nonsense. You did not read carefully.

NOT how to evaluate ONE....

NOT !

the difference is in how the programs handle a game, not a position.
in a position, any program can be better. but chess is not solving a position.
it is solving a game.

the sum is more than its parts.-

the programs must find methods that can conquer with the eyes !
search is IMO NOT a weapon against eyes that can see.
but having an idea is IMO a weapon.
