Look @ this. http://www.tomshardware.com/cpu/02q2/020506/p4b-07.html This is more proof they don't set the proper options in the bios (yes, it makes THAT much difference). Take a look at those 3dmark scores. I have the GF3 Ti500 and an AthlonXP 1900+ @ 1.86GHz (compare my scores to the 1.9GHz AthlonXP in the list).. My 3DMark2000 score: 14544 My 3DMark2001SE score: 10557 My box is the reference AMD system (but overclocked with the normal bios tweaks you should do). Compare those to the P4-2.8GHz but mainly the 1.9GHz AthlonXP.. All the other tests I run reveal the same thing (such as Quake3).. All beating both the P4-2.8GHz and the AthlonXP 1.9GHz. It's very unfortunate that Intel gets away with the things that it does. Almost sickening.
