Junior consistently likes Qh3 in this position. I think because it would like to
keep the queens on board, and it finds such a line which looks good. It goes
like this:

18. Qh3 cxd4 19. cxd4 0-0-0 20. 0-0 Rxh8 21. g3 and then:

21... Bg5 22. Qxe6+ Kb8 23. Rfe1 Qe7 24. Qb3

or

21... Qf6 22. gxf4 Qg6+ 23. Kh1 Bxe4+ 24. f3

Both options evaluate to about +1.50.
