The failure is (mostly) on my part.  Since I use just RCS (separately on
each source), and not a version control system for complete projects,
I did not supply complete versions, but rather single file replacements
(in order to avoid having multiple copies myself).

Sorry for that.  I'll have to switch to CVS, may be.
(All that distribution stuff and patches etc is new for me.)

I don't mind Dann (or anyone else) to tack some version extension to the 3.19.
A further number will be best, I think, like Roy suggests.
