We do not know because of the following reasons:

1)25 minutes per game is not 15 minutes per game
2)Anand could not learn Rebel10 and could learn fritz5
3)Maybe Rebel is better against humans but not against computers

The only way to know is to do a match between Rebel10 and Fritz5
