An example:

To run tscp 1.73 saved in directory c:\tscp173\, I do:
1) Create a shortcut for WinBoard in my destop
2) Modify properties (target) of that shortcut as following:

"C:\Program Files\WinBoard\winboard.exe" /cp /fcp=tscp /fd=C:\Tscp173\ /scp=tscp
/sd=C:\Tscp173\
