Nice to pick out pieces from a list of bits, if you are using it as a piece
list.  Just a handy way to get the first piece from a list.  It has the same
function as FirstOne(BITBOARD a) in Crafty's code.

Nice to have an ANSI C version.  Especially helpful when moving to a new chip
and we don't have assembly for it yet.

Not sure how fast this one is in relation to the others, but it looks awfully
efficient.
