this math is wrong in this sense that my statement is very clear for
performance a Mhz speeds:

  K7 at x Ghz   ==     P4 at 1.7x Ghz

For crafty even:
  K7 at x Gzh   ==     P4 at 1.734x

So it is a relative performance a Mhz statement.
