The Blitzin interface for the ICC has an option "save game as pgn." Hit that and make up a file name (e.g. "icc.pgn"). Then go into Windows Explorer, and your Blitzin folder should have the file you just created. Using Windows Explorer, transfer that file into the folder for Fritz. Open Fritz and, once you've done that, hit "open" and select the file you've created. You can then copy the contents of that file into whatever other file you want (a good idea, because pgn files take up more room on your hard drive than chessbase files). When you play on the ICC again, follow the same procedure, and when you transfer the new pgn file to the Fritz folder, it will prompt you to replace the old pgn file with the new one.
