To add a little, as it's actually what I do.

The Blitzin interface for the ICC has an option "save game as pgn."  Hit that
and make up a file name (e.g. "icc.pgn").

Open Fritz and, once you've done that, hit "open database" and select the
blitzin directory and open the icc.pgn file you've created.

When you play on the ICC again, follow the same procedure, and when you save the
games it will add them to the original icc.pgn.

Naturally if you want to save disk space you can convert the file to Chessbase
format and delete the pgn.
