2-0 is not a significant result.

I do not believe that hiarcs is better at longer time control.

It is possible that programs that have better positional understanding are going
to get better results at slower time control(I do not know) but Hiarcs has not
better positional understanding based on other posts.

There are positions when it may be better than other programs but there are also
positions when it may be worse than other programs.
