I read results that suggest that Hiarcs8 is good at blitz and second only to
Fritz7.

I also read results that Hiarcs8 is bad at G/60.

It is possible that hiarcs is good only at very short time control or very long
time control but I do not know about a program that was proved to behave in this
way.
