Hello Thorsten, I thought this was already explained by chessfun so that even you could understand. Hiarcs is NOT doing 40k or less on any moves. The NPS posted by Junior 7 GUI is not what is actually being generated by the Hiarcs 8 program. If you have Junior 7 you can try this yourself. If not, ask someone else you know to try this. Hiarcs 7.32 exibits the same wrong NPS when run in Junior 7. Just compare the times vs the depth and you will see that it is OK. Jim
