There are many,including some Grandmasters that feel there is no proof that
playing a program will improve your chess skill, but i feel that playing many
games against many opponents helps sharpen your eye for tactics and will help
you learn the various openings a little better! You really need a teaching
program such as "Chess Mentor" to help increase your strength!
