You will have to use a hex editor. It will also be necessary to change the names of the files (.eng and .dll if present) and to reflect these changes in the files themselves, again using a hex editor. For some engines it works fine (Hiarcs 7.32, Tiger), for some it doesn't (Fritz), but as always, YMMV. --- Shep
