I thought I should weigh in on this topic in a new thread, so that it doesn't get lost in the noise. - The information was posted to CCC, which is a public forum. - I posted the information with attribution. In fact, it is the very first sentence, and it links back to the original post here on CCC. - I have very little to gain in posting this information. I did it because I know quite a few people are interested in news about CM9K. After all, it is the top seller in its class. - I encourage manufacturers to post this type of information there for just this reason. I sent an e-mail to everyone (including John) encouraging them to do so. Unfortunately, not many wish to, and I end up posting it myself. If more manufacturers would comply, this type of misunderstanding would never occur. - As per John's request, I have modified the original article. I have also attempted to make it crystal clear that it is owned by him. - It is not my intent to "steal" anyone's intellectual property. Also, thanks to everyone that stuck up for me.
