12 ... hg5 is a known bad line. The better move is 12 ... Rd8. Taking the
bishop here leads to a vicious attack. If this is in the book then it's clearly
not a book intended for competitive play. It may make for interesting games
with humans, but it'll lose a lot against strong computers or humans.
